Automotive Service TechniciansCapital Automotive Group is looking for Automotive Service Technicians of all experience levels to join our growing teams. At Capital, Our Greatest Capital is Our People — and that includes the talented technicians who keep our customers safely on the road.What You’ll Be DoingDiagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems with accuracy and efficiency.Perform work outlined on repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards.Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems as needed.Communicate with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and additional service needs.Provide accurate estimates of time needed for additional repairs.Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Take on additional responsibilities as needed.What We’re Looking ForTechnicians of all experience levels — from entry-level to highly experienced.Automotive training, education, or previous technician experience is a plus, but not required for every position.Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance appropriate to your level of experience.A willingness to learn, grow, and develop your technical skills.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns.Comfortable learning and using electronic diagnostic equipment and technology.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude and team-first mindset.Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.What We OfferCompetitive payHealth insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k)Opportunities for professional growth and developmentTraining and continued learning opportunitiesA supportive, team-focused work environmentThe opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing automotive groupWhy Capital?Because great careers start with the right people and the right environment.
