Job Description Commerical Property Manager Excellent opportunity for motivated Property Manager with commercial and industrial property experience to join growth-oriented team! YOUR BACKGROUND Strong Commercial Property Management experience. Experience with Industrial Properties strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree helpful. Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Self-starter and team player with strong negotiation skills. Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi or similar Property Management software. Understanding of financial reporting (including variances and budgeting). Experience with CAM Reconciliations extremely helpful. YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY Responsibile for directly managing daily operations of commercial/industrial properties. Streamline property management tasks, maximize asset value, ensure the property is operating in line with goals, and tenant satisfaction. Maintain property rentals, coordinate with leasing agents, enforce leases, and secure premises. Manage tenant compliance, occupancy, maintenance, construction, emergencies, repairs, and upgrades. Communicate regarding payment, maintenance, documentation, legal requirements and reporting. Inspect and coordinate property maintenance to meet standards, visit each property weekly. Establish and maintain a productive relationship with clients, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Assist in collection of receivable accounts, handle operating expenses, and approve invoices. Develop and manage annual budget. Oversee property’s personnel, vendors and contractors, and assess performance.
