Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a Trauma Informed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our residential treatment programs in Campton, New Hampshire . Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction for Applied Behavior Analysis programming
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans
- Train and supervise direct support professionals and clinical staff
- Monitor data collection systems and analyze program effectiveness
- Lead staff training in ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill development
- Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation within electronic health records
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary up to 75,000

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field
- BCBA certification required with a minimum of two years of experience
- Strong experience in behavior analysis, assessment, and intervention planning
- Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage communication across multiple platforms
- Flexible availability, Monday through Friday at minimum
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks
