Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

A true leader with the ability to help build a great team.
Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style
Huge passion for great food, great beverages, and great service
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant AGM experience
Strong knowledge of the P&L - ability to manage all cost areas
Fully responsible for all orders, inventories, training, and development
The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
