Job TitlePay Range: $71.05hr - $74.99hrRequirement/Must HaveProven track record of working in a Data Center on complex systems.Knowledge in JIRA, scripting, and debug methodologies (BMC, BIOS, GPU).Linux skills with the ability to run automated scripts, analyze logs, and provide updates.Experience working and communicating with OEM partners and vendors.Proficiency with standard hardware lab equipment including dediprog and scopes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to lead teams and drive issues to resolution.ResponsibilitiesWork complex issues and problems as they arise in the lab or Data Center.Monitor a ticketing system to address SW and HW problems, performing root cause analysis and fixing issues.Monitor the lab and data center for issues such as power outages, network outages, and liquid cooling leaks.Physically install and replace hardware.Debug FW and OS issues, specifically those related to GPUs.Work issues through a JIRA ticket system.Debug platforms and systems, ensuring priority items receive necessary attention.Communicate clearly in tickets regarding the current state of issues or systems.Take direction from leadership based on priority business needs.Work with partners, vendors, ODMs, and OEMs on issues while ensuring clear communication.Drive continuous improvement within the organization.Nice To HaveSystem level debug methodologies.SkillsSystems Design Engineering.Hardware Debugging.Software Debugging.Root Cause Analysis.JIRA.Scripting.BMC.BIOS.GPU.Linux.Hardware Installation.Liquid Cooling Systems.Network Monitoring.Qualification And EducationSelf-driven expertise in debugging problems and root causing issues.Ability to quickly understand and apply specific details to tickets.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.Physical RequirementsAbility to physically install and replace hardware.Ability to use forklifts and lift tools.
