You'll work closely with your team to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on Social Intelligence, brings Grit to every shift, and works Stronger Together with the team.What You'll DoPrepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, linens, place settings, centerpieces, and beverage stationsSet up all buffet equipment and ensure presentation aligns with brand and Resolute Road Hospitality standardsServe food and beverages to guests promptly, courteously, and professionallyClear tables, remove linens, and reset rooms as needed for future eventsStore all banquet equipment and perishable food properly after eventsMaintain a positive, professional approach with guests and team membersRespond quickly to guest requests or concerns and ensure satisfactionSupport coworkers and lead by example in creating a service focused environmentPrepare for upcoming banquets by folding napkins, replenishing condiments, and completing pre-event tasksAdhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean, hazard free work areaFollow all company policies and procedures, including brand standards and compliance with federal, state and local laws (OSHA, EEOC, wage and hour, and health codes)Other duties as assigned by supervisor or managementKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced, team environmentPrevious banquet or waitstaff experience preferred but not requiredKnowledge of catering practices a plusProficiency in EnglishEducation & ExperienceHigh school graduate or GED preferredPrior hospitality or banquet experience preferred but not requiredLicenses & CertificationsFood Handlers Card RequiredTIPS or equivalent trainingAdditional InformationConsistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards are critical to success in this role.
