What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming classroom: Lead and supervise a group of children, providing a safe, nurturing environment where they can explore, create, and build confidence.

• Promote health and safety: Uphold all Primrose and state guidelines for the care and well‑being of children.
• Support growth: Provide positive guidance and recognition, model appropriate behavior, and encourage curiosity, compassion and kindness.
• Collaborate: Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events. Maintain a well‑organized classroom that invites children to explore and make choices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience teaching or assisting in a licensed early childhood program.
• Understanding of young children’s social, emotional, creative and cognitive needs.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs to ensure children’s safety and to assist infants and toddlers as needed.

Nice-to-haves:
