Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, performant, scalable, and secure infrastructure for security SaaS offerings.
• Build and operate tooling for Snowflake data systems.
• Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and incident response.
• Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure and services.
• Use Spinnaker to automate and standardize release pipelines.
• Manage production-ready Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Partner with security teams to embed security and compliance practices into infrastructure and processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations, respond to critical incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with development, data science, and security teams on architecture, best practices, and new services.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills and the ability to write production-level code for operational challenges.
• Deep experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with continuous delivery practices and Spinnaker.
• Expertise in container technologies and hands-on experience managing large-scale production Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with database schema management tools such as Flyway.
• Direct experience with the Snowflake platform and large-scale data systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• AI/ML experience or a strong interest in applying AI/ML to reliability, security, or operational efficiency is a plus.
