Job Title: CDL-A Belly Dump Driver – High % Gross Pay (Home Every Night)

Location: Lubbock, TX & Surrounding Areas

Pay: Competitive % Split of Weekly Truck Gross Revenue

Role Type: Full-Time / Contract

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dependable, conscientious CDL-A professional to run a late-model, meticulously maintained tractor and belly dump trailer in the Lubbock area. This role focuses strictly on local aggregate hauling (gravel, dirt, sand, crushed stone) for road projects and residential development.

Home Every Night: Predictable daily schedules with local runs. No oil-field madness, no sleeping in the cab.
True Percentage Split: You earn an agreed percentage cut of what the truck grosses each week. When the truck rolls, you get paid top dollar.
Top-Notch Equipment: You will operate late-model, premium equipment that is inspected and maintained to the highest standard.

What We Expect:

Equipment Pride: Treat the truck and trailer like your own. We do not tolerate equipment abuse or neglect. Pre-trip inspections, daily greasing/checks, and general upkeep are non-negotiable.
Prompt Communication: Reliable, easy-to-reach communication by phone and text each morning and afternoon.
Efficient Driving: Smart routing and fuel-conscious operation.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (MVR).
Proven experience pulling belly dump or aggregate trailers.
Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and Clearinghouse verification.
Comfortable using a smartphone app for digital pre-trip inspections and telematics logging.
Existing familiarity with Lubbock-area gravel pits and quarries is an asset.
