As a Quality Control Specialist, your role ensures that customers drive away in clean, polished vehicles that reflect the quality and care we're known for.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptlyMaintain high-quality car wash standards and ensure safety complianceOversee vehicle flow and production in car wash operationsPerform opening and closing dutiesAssist with equipment upkeep and maintenanceTrain and support team members following Car Spa proceduresProvide feedback and coaching to improve team performanceHelp assess employee skills and productivityPerform general duties across car wash roles as neededTake on additional tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking ForApplicants must be 18 years or olderApplicants must have a valid driver's licenseNo prior experience required – training will be providedReliable, coachable, and eager to learnComfortable working outdoors and on your feetWork EnvironmentOutdoor, active role in all weather conditionsFrequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.Perks and IncentivesEmployee Discounts start right away!Employee Referrals - Earn up to $200 per referral!
