Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows and pipelines. Aggregate data from various sources into reliable and robust data and analytic solutions. Implement data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms—keeping compliance top of mind (NIST, HIPAA). Use tools like Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate to streamline report distribution, collaboration, and workflows. Manage enterprise datasets, gateways, and workspaces, ensuring uptime, performance, and ease of access for users. Create clear, user‑friendly documentation to support adoption, training, and long‑term scalability. Qualification 3+ years of Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query/M, Power BI Service) Exposure to Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) Proficiency with Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Power Automate) Scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, etc.) Familiarity with data modeling (star schema, normalization, data warehousing concepts) Attention to detail and a passion for clean, actionable data Strong communicator who can translate tech into business value Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR) 5+ years in a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or related role Compensation $56 - $74 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
