Responsibilities Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings Create and utilize job-based situational and behavioral interview questions for various roles Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers to ensure successful placements Research industry trends and requirements to identify suitable candidates Update and maintain candidate database, tracking candidate status, job listings, and client interactions Stay informed of federal and state employment law changes affecting hiring practices Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification processes Requirements Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency, preferably within energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates Benefits & Equity System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
