Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to energize our sales pipeline and support our Inside Sales team by identifying and engaging prospective clients. In this role, you will leverage your sales experience and excellent communication skills to generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, warm calling, and strategic outreach. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and driving business growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to potential clients using CRM software and other sales technologies Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with our basement solutions offerings Engage in consultative selling to build rapport and demonstrate the value of our services Maintain detailed records of interactions within Salesforce or other CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies for lead generation campaigns Assist in facilitating smooth handoffs to the inside sales team for deal closing Use telemarketing techniques to nurture relationships, increase engagement, and convert prospects into customers Requirements Proven experience in inside sales or B2C sales with a focus on construction or service industries Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms Experience with high-volume outbound calling strategies Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage clients over the phone Business development experience with a focus on customer service and client communication Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us as a Sales Support Specialist and be part of an energetic team dedicated to growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
