Digital Business - Program Manager

Our client, a global manufacturing and digital transformation organization , is seeking a Digital Business Program Manager to join their team. As a Digital Business Program Manager, you will be part of the Digital Technology & Transformation organization , supporting cross‑functional business, technology, data, and security teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills , executive‑level communication , and strategic problem‑solving abilities , which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Digital Business Program Manager
Location: Onsite in Waukesha, WI

Pay Range:  65-70 per hour w2

What’s the Job?

• Lead and manage medium‑to‑large, cross‑functional technology programs focused on business transformation and measurable value realization
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define outcomes‑based program roadmaps , scope, requirements, and success metrics
• Coordinate delivery across software development, business owners, security teams, data teams, and external partners
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget , with clearly communicated milestones and dependencies
• Measure and report on program performance, manage change control, and maintain comprehensive program documentation

What’s Needed?

• 8+ years of experience managing large‑scale technology programs with ownership across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP certification required
• Experience leading AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI‑driven initiatives , including multi‑year transformation programs
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and program management tools such as JIRA
