This role focuses on building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners while connecting individuals with compassionate, dependable care that helps them remain safe and independent at home. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors’ offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other community partners throughout the service area.
• Travel regularly to meet referral sources, represent the company professionally, and expand local partnerships.
• Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations about our services.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, networking, and outreach activities.
• Follow up on leads, generate referrals, maintain a sales pipeline, and work toward business development goals.
• Collaborate with the team to help families connect with appropriate care resources.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience required; healthcare, senior care, home care, or medical services experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate referrals, and meet sales or business development goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Compassionate, professional, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
• Genuine interest in supporting the well-being of older adults.

• Salary commensurate with experience, with target total annual earnings averaging $100,000 or more through a combination of salary and commission.
