$20/hour base plus commission, with bonuses in your first four months. Realistic first-year earnings $58,000 to $67,000 at target pace, uncapped after that.

How you're paid

$20/hour, commission on every policy you sell with a higher share as you grow, plus milestone bonuses in your first four months.

Where and when

Monday through Friday starting at 9:00 AM, with at least three days in our Gardena sales office. Easy commute from Torrance, Carson, Redondo Beach and the surrounding South Bay.

Requirements

Active CA P&C and L&H licenses, or willingness to get licensed within 30 to 60 days. We'll help.

What you'll do

Work warm leads, quote, sell, and close, then build lasting relationships with the families and businesses you serve. You'll be paired with a mentoring agent who coaches you through your first year, and you'll be trained on the full sales process, from prospecting to closing to retention.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the agency’s automated lead system to generate and manage new business opportunities
• Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and text and prepare customized insurance quotes tailored to client needs
• Deliver professional, persuasive presentations with focus on addressing customer concerns by providing comprehensive risk protection information and discussing insurance policy coverage details
• Close new business and consistently meet or exceed production goals

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license required (assistance available)
• Strong desire to drive towards mastering all aspects of the sales process using proven methods and technology
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, pursue, and close sales leads
• Insurance industry experience beneficial
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
