Event Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and contributing to team goals. Responsibilities * Assist with planning and executing promotional events. * Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. * Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. * Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. * Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. * Generate leads through customer interactions and promotional activities. * Support individual and team sales goals during events. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. * Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
