VP of Sales - Digital Pathology (US)

I’m currently supporting a growing Digital Pathology software business in the search for a VP of Sales to lead commercial growth across the US.

This is a senior, hands-on sales leadership role focused on scaling adoption of an enterprise Image Management System across pathology laboratories.

Key responsibilities:

• Own sales strategy and revenue growth
• Build and develop relationships with pathology labs, health systems and enterprise customers
• Lead complex, consultative software sales cycles from prospecting through to close
• Drive new business development and strategic account growth
• Build and manage pipeline, forecasting and commercial performance
• Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success on positioning, adoption and customer feedback
• Support expansion within existing customers through upsell and land-and-expand opportunities
• Help shape the commercial team and go-to-market strategy as the business scales

What they’re looking for:

• Strong BDM / new business development background is essential
• Proven experience selling enterprise software or complex technology into healthcare, diagnostics or pathology
• Digital Pathology, IMS, AI pathology software or laboratory technology experience highly desirable
• Track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in the sales process
• Strong network across US pathology, diagnostics or health systems would be a major advantage
