AI Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong Python programming ability.
• Solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable frameworks.
• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
• Understanding of data preparation, feature creation, and model assessment.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of software engineering practices and version control.
• Preferred exposure to deep learning, computer vision, time-series analysis and forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, optimization and reinforcement learning, natural language processing, generative AI/LLMs, IoT and sensor data, edge AI, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, MLOps, model deployment, and real-time or streaming data.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI to practical engineering challenges.
• Ability to convert complex problems into workable AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience through projects, hackathons, research, internships, or similar technical work.
• A strong experimentation mindset and collaborative approach.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI and industrial technologies.

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world engineering and industrial applications.
• Create machine learning models for prediction, classification, anomaly detection, optimization, and intelligent decision-making.
• Process and examine large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Develop data pipelines and carry out preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Test different machine learning and deep learning approaches to raise model performance.
• Connect AI/ML models with software applications, automation systems, IoT platforms, and APIs.
• Develop prototypes and turn successful ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Work closely with software, data, automation, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Track, assess, and continuously refine deployed models and AI systems.
