Complete Care is looking for an organized, motivated, and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to help keep our center running smoothly. In this essential role, you'll coordinate staffing schedules, support our dedicated healthcare team, and play a key part in ensuring residents receive exceptional care every day.
As a Staffing Coordinator , you'll collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to maintain appropriate coverage, respond to scheduling needs, and contribute to a positive work environment. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and solve staffing challenges will directly support both our employees and the residents we serve.

Staffing Coordinator Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities
Create and maintain staff schedules
Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
Evaluate annual performance reviews
Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
