We're looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead a high-performing team and shape customer-focused marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner across Marketing, Sales, Digital Commerce, and Analytics to develop and execute data-driven initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, increase performance, and support key business objectives. What You'll Do As Senior Manager, Marketing, you will: Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies that drive business growth and align with organizational priorities. Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Analytics to align strategies and maximize customer engagement. Transform customer, market, and channel insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations. Optimize content effectiveness using performance analytics, audience insights, and market research. Guide digital marketing and search strategies by leveraging industry best practices and data-driven decision making. Oversee marketing operations, resource prioritization, and workflow management to ensure timely and effective execution. Present results, insights, and recommendations to leadership, helping shape future marketing investments and strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer, content, digital, and/or brand marketing. Prior people leadership experience. Why Join Us?
