Financial Analyst Intern

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a financial analyst intern to support the US Manufacturing Finance Team in Chaska, Minnesota. The role involves operational accounting, month-end close processes, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform operational accounting including standard costing, inventory, and scrap analysis
- Support month-end close processes through journal entries and account reconciliation
- Collaborate with purchasing and accounts payable teams on purchase order resolution
- Generate ad hoc reports on production volume, bill of materials, and purchase price variance
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Quick learner with independent and analytical mindset
Compensation: $28 per hour
