SUMMARY:
The Market Business Partner plays a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This position focuses on outreach to potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, assessing market trends, and developing strategies that capitalize on those insights.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking, and industry events. NEW & Develop strategies for establishing and maintaining major account relationships to promote business continuity, ongoing representation, and increased sales in market. Responsible for building and expanding partnerships, increasing revenue, and expanding market to accomplish firm financial objectives. Conduct regular outreach to engage prospects, build relationships, and understand their business needs. Assess and qualify leads based on their potential fit with our solutions and services. Develop and implement strategic client development plans to drive growth. Identify areas of significant business opportunities, leveraging the full resources and partnerships within the Firm to expand the Firm's client base. Monitor competitive activity in market clients and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and executed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NoneQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 7 years of related product/business experience within the staffing industry or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proof of substantial Career-To-Date Revenue Growth required. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Commitment and adherence to Firm's Core Values. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and closing skills and demonstrated client focus. Demonstrate strong drive for results and success; convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations; persist despite obstacles, setbacks and competing influences. Ability to self-motivate and self-direct. Demonstrate excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills. Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key business partners by building personal credibility and trust.
