Job Title: Help Desk Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity Perform as a Help Desk Analyst supporting Project Manager Assistant Capability Program Executive (PM ACPE) at Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Responds to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems. Processes requests for access and deactivation. Forwards trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons. Qualifications Required: Secret Clearance required to start. 2 Yr Degree in IT or Similar or substitute 1 year experience providing IT related support. 4 years providing Help Desk Support. Desired: 4 Yr Degree in IT or Similar or substitute 3 years experience providing IT related support. 7 years providing Help Desk Support. What You Can Expect A culture of integrity. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
