Project Manager - Residential

Job Details Location: Boston, MA ‑ Remote ‑ Hyannis, MA 02601 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 Travel: Road Warrior (day‑trip travel to project sites in MA) Shift: Day Responsibilities Manage development and implementation of multiple projects concurrently. Perform in‑field project HVAC development work in support of sales staff as required, including development of implementation costs. Procure and track materials as required, and secure appropriate installation resources. Perform in‑progress and final inspections of contracted projects. Ensure consistent adherence to company and industry standards. Quickly and efficiently resolve any installation, craftsmanship, warranty, customer service or other issues. Work with operations and billing department to ensure timely, accurate invoicing. Minimum Qualifications At least 3‑5 years of project coordination experience for mechanical measures in residential buildings. In‑depth knowledge of residential mechanical equipment and terminology. Proficiency with Windows‑based computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Bachelor’s degree. Other combinations of education, training and experience may be considered on an individual basis. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage workload with minimal supervision. Problem‑solving ability and capability to address issues quickly and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to job sites throughout MA or RI as needed. Preferred Qualifications CEM, CEA, LEED AP, PMP and/or other relevant professional certification. Professional licenses in Mechanical, Sheet Metal, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical. Experience working with utilities, energy‑efficiency companies and/or installation contracting firms to secure available incentives for energy end‑users.
