Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable function across multiple locations, reviewing invoice processing, complex GL coding, expense allocations, approval workflows, and payment accuracy.

· Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies and payment disputes, negotiate payment terms, and oversee vendor setup, banking changes, and payment prioritization.

· Partner with operations and finance teams to resolve invoice exceptions, obtain approvals, address outstanding items, and maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

· Develop, implement, and maintain accounts payable procedures, policies, and internal controls while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and leverage automation.

· Oversee vendor maintenance, W-9 documentation, 1099 reporting, audit requests, and applicable sales and use tax compliance.

· Manage month-end accounts payable close activities, including accruals, aging reports, and subledger-to-GL reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Requirements:

· Experience as a sole contributor, working across multiple locations, and in an automated environment

· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
