A full-time speech language pathologist (SLP) opportunity specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services is available at a school-based contract located in Rockville, MD. This role is designed for professionals experienced in virtual school-based therapy, serving students across elementary to middle school age groups within the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities include providing teletherapy services with caseloads ranging from approximately 40 students at the elementary level to peak caseloads near 57 students. Assignments and caseload sizes will be tailored based on individual expertise and geographical location, ensuring a supportive match to professional skills. The service period extends from late August through early June, with a commitment of 35 hours per week, strictly full-time.

Qualifications and desired experience for this role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Maryland state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Minimum of three years post-COVID virtual school-based experience, with at least two years within the past five years.
• Ability to work and deliver therapy services within the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Additional requirements consist of completion of time-sensitive credentialing such as background checks and submission of professional references and licensure documentation. The contract process involves prescreen and internal eligibility interviews led by the staffing agency to assess fit and readiness.
