RESPONSIBILITIES Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department Of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process Perform position functions up to six days of a week, with a flexible range of hours which might include marketing or networking events REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Driver’s license with good driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens Junk Removal experience preferred but not required Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task, strong decision making and problem-solving skills Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values; physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 50 lbs. or more Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook Moving experience is not required, but preferred This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Tucker, GA.
