This full-time Production Assistant position based in Atlanta near the airport involves working in fruit and vegetable production. The day shift runs Sunday through Friday, with Saturdays off and an additional day off on a variable weekday. Shifts typically last between 8 to 10 hours depending on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate duties including packing, cutting, labeling, weighing, and cleaning
• Ensure quality standards are met during all stages of production
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and production guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work day shifts from Sunday to Friday
• Willingness to perform physical tasks for 8 to 10 hours daily
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fruit and vegetable production or similar roles
• Basic Spanish language skills are advantageous

Overtime paid at $20.25 per hour when applicable.
