CNC Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available Set up of all CNC and secondary equipment in an efficient manner. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to set ups and process concerns. Manage tool life, insert and tool changes, and orderly control and storage of tooling and all aspects dealing with Set ups and day to day manufacturing. CNC Operator Qualifications: 1. Run equipment on a daily basis and meet production standards. 2. Perform periodic quality checks with micrometers, bore gauges, calipers etc. 3. Make tool wear and work offsets as necessary. 4. Ability to troubleshoot basic machine / program problems. 5. Touch off new tools as necessary, change inserts, and cut soft jaws.
