QA Engineer II

Responsibilities Identify and address potential issues in product quality Comprehensive testing and defect reporting using JIRA Create and execute SQL queries to verify application behavior Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects Report on testing progress to project manager Act as liaison to ensure project requirements are met Requirements High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of Banking/Financial Services/Insurance Domain functional testing experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equal Technical Degree (preferred) 8+ years of Banking/Financial Services/Insurance Domain functional testing experience (preferred) ISTQB CSTP CAT (preferred) Skills in Test Management, Test Case Design, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SQL, and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in functional testing within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domains, with a strong focus on quality assurance, defect resolution, and effective collaboration with development teams.
