We are seeking a facility medical director to lead our emergency department at AdventHealth Murray in beautiful Chatsworth, Georgia. If you are an experienced emergency medicine physician this is a unique opportunity for you to combine clinical excellence with a passion for leadership as you help drive the future growth of a community-focused hospital supported by the resources of a nationally recognized health system.

As FMD, you will provide both clinical and administrative oversight of the ED, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with AdventHealth's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of EM physicians and APCs
Drive patient experience initiatives and quality improvement efforts

Promote innovation, efficiency, and excellence in emergency medicine delivery
Mentor clinical staff and foster a culture of compassion and accountability
Partner with health system leadership to support strategic growth and future expansion
