Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest services and promptly resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Manage food and chicken orders efficiently
- Manage inventory and labor to meet targets
- Train, coach, develop, and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Run daily shifts smoothly and maintain operational excellence
- Create crew schedules and forecast staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Supervise product production and inventory management
- Promote a positive, honest, and collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications & Physical Demands
- At least 18 years old with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn all restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and various shifts including day, night, and 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and handle physical tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and operating registers
