Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical – Colorado

Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Englewood, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 1:6 patient ratio

Highlights:

• 40-bed Medical/Surgical unit with experienced, collaborative team of 40 staff members
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 7 nurses, and 4 PCTs for optimal support
• Work with diverse equipment including wound vacs, kangaroo pumps, and telemetry monitoring
• EMR system: Meditech
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment ideal for nurses who thrive on collaboration
• Typical procedures include wound care, CIWA assessments, and heparin drip management

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital Medical/Surgical experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience managing at least 6 patients preferred
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
