Job DescriptionJob Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs. Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team. Administers medication.. Ensures patient and staff safety.
