Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

·        Set up tables and dining areas with precision, emphasizing cleanliness and order.

·        Prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook, ensuring adherence to instructions and safety standards.

·        Deliver dishes and trays promptly to designated rooms and times.

·        Assist in post-meal cleanup by clearing dining areas and collecting plates and utensils.

·        Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.

·        Keep food stations clean, wash dishes, cooking equipment, and silverware.

·        Monitor ingredient stock levels and maintain inventory.

·        Contribute to the upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.

Dietary Aide Skills You Bring:

·        Proven experience as a dietary aide.

·        Knowledgeable about sanitation and safety guidelines, ensuring a hygienic environment.

·        Skilled in meal preparation according to instructions, utilizing cookware and appliances effectively.

·        High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.
