Associate Attorney, Litigation

CLINE APC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Attorney with a minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in Civil Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will manage your own Plaintiffs-side caseload (under the supervision of senior attorneys) from filing suit, discovery, motions to settlement/resolution. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills. Former experience in civil litigation is preferrable but not required.

Requirements:

* Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing
* (Preferred) One to two years of civil litigation experience
* Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Ability to independently manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
* Effective verbal communication and negotiation skills
* Professional judgment and a proactive approach to case management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
