Senior Attorney

Be among the first 25 applicants. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Overview We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry. Responsibilities Manage complex litigation in regulatory, competition, healthcare and other areas. Draft motions, briefs, conduct depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial strategy. Provide proactive risk mitigation counseling and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Qualifications JD with strong academic and professional background. Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus. Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills. Relocation Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
