Overview The Sr. Copywriter is responsible for contributing to the conceptual development of projects, as well as composing and editing copy for a variety of client work including websites, online advertising, video, print, and email. Responsibilities Lead multiple projects and deliver the final product with the highest creative standards and within estimated labor hours Act as a mentor to less-experienced staff and oversees work of the team Self-direct to solve problems; self-motivate to stay current on new and evolving technology in the industry Qualifications 5+ years of related work experience contributing to a broad range of client copy requirements and adapting style to reflect client-specific tones Strong interpersonal skills to effectively organize and present concepts in a clear manner, mentor less experienced staff, and listen attentively for content and context of messages during client/team meetings Emerging presentation and communication skills necessary to effectively manage workflow across teams and recommend improvements to existing processes Analytical skills necessary to evaluate creative approach, and seek unexpected, original, and innovative ideas Additional information As part of the Publicis Groupe, we believe in the Power of One. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
