Growth Marketing Manager

Instawork is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own discoverability across SEO and GEO. You will lead technical SEO for a Webflow site, and shape an answer-engine strategy across AI surfaces, while collaborating with engineering and content teams. Candidates should have hands-on GEO experience and deep technical SEO fluency, and be comfortable shipping fixes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.
