Sr. Scientist - Analysis and Reporting Standards, Innovation (Hybrid)

Responsibilities Support design, development, and delivery of efficient, flexible, modular analysis/reporting and submission standards/tools for drug and/or vaccine projects across therapeutic areas. Adhere to departmental SOPs/guidelines. Drive analysis/reporting and submission data structures and standards; contribute to strategic initiatives. Primary Activities Develop and validate global programming standards for ADaM datasets. Develop and validate global programming standards for efficacy analysis/reporting. Develop and validate global programming standards for safety analysis/reporting. Design and develop complex programming algorithms. Provide technical consultation and analytical support to statistical programmers and statisticians. Education and Minimum Requirements BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field + 5 years statistical programming experience in a clinical trial environment. MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field + 3 years statistical programming experience in a clinical trial environment. Required Skills Interpersonal skills to negotiate/collaborate; strong written/oral/presentation skills. Experience developing R&D analysis/reporting deliverables (data, analyses, tables, listings, figures); ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with key stakeholders. Expertise in clinical trial programming (data manipulation, reporting workflows, visualization, production-quality practices) using multiple languages/tools. Knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards; experience with analytical research databases; understanding of statistics/clinical trial/data management concepts. Preferred Skills Multilingual analysis/reporting products using R, Python, SAS. AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Claude Code). Ability to interpret analysis plans and implement methods not available in commercial software; experience across cultures/geographies; active in professional societies.
