Position: Travel CT Technologist
Assignment Length: 16 Weeks with possible extension
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Schedule: 3x12 Night Shift | 36 Hours/Week

Schedule

• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Block Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holidays worked as scheduled
• No on-call requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations.
• Conduct CT imaging of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, musculoskeletal system, and vascular studies.
• Perform CT angiography (CTA) and trauma imaging.
• Prepare and administer contrast media according to established protocols.
• Complete multiplanar reconstructions (MPR), 3D rendering, ROI measurements, and image post-processing.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and provide excellent patient care across all age groups.
• Accurately document procedures using EPIC.

Work with state-of-the-art CT technology, including:

• Siemens Force
• Philips 7500
• Philips Brilliance 64

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience (2 years preferred)
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Active ARRT (CT) Certification
• Active ARRT (R) Certification
• Active Maryland State Radiologic License (as required)
• Active AHA BLS Certification
• Experience performing CT exams independently in an acute care environment
• Ability to work with patients ranging from neonates through geriatrics

Preferred Experience

• EPIC electronic medical record
• Teaching hospital experience
• Community hospital experience
• Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience
