Responsibilities include Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed Schedule Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based) Benefits Designed to Support You Three weeks PTO , increasing to four weeks after five years (accrual begins the first day of work) Quarterly performance bonuses Health, dental, vision, and HSA options 401(k) retirement plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee referral bonuses ($1,000 for every full-time field clinical you refer and we hire!)
