Overview The Senior Manager – Healthcare Digital CRM will lead and manage complex client engagements, combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and client interaction across all project phases. The role focuses on data‑driven recommendations, budgeting, billing, and change management to deliver successful outcomes in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities Lead and direct teams in complex engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes. Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals. Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments. Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities. Qualifications 6+ years of consulting experience and increasing responsibility managing external client projects in delivery of business consulting and systems development. Successfully delivered multiple end‑to‑end implementation CRM projects. Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges. Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration. Direct supervisory experience of individuals and teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). U.S. work authorization required. Experience leading hybrid‑agile teams of architects, business analysts, project managers, developers, QA, and deployment personnel. Experience in the healthcare (provider and/or payer) industry, including patient/member marketing and engagement. Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP, with in‑depth understanding of Salesforce.com applications. Ability to define business solutions leveraging Salesforce.com and design/optimize business processes across disparate systems. Experience participating in early and late‑stage sales assist opportunities, including work with the Salesforce channel. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently. Develop others through coaching, mentoring, and sharing expertise. Support development of proposal responses and statements of work. Travel Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily Monday‑Thursday (with occasional onsite Fridays), and work extended hours as needed. Salary and Benefits Estimated base salary: $165,000 – $190,000 USD. The total compensation package, including annual incentive, is estimated to be $198,000 – $228,000 USD.
