Trust Real Estate Asset Manager
Huntington National Bank
Analyze, advise, manage and report on a portfolio of investment real estate assets within Huntington's Private Bank policies and procedures. Identify, mitigate and elevate risks accordingly. Collaborate and serve as subject matter expert with other advisor teammates and clients. Acquire, maintain and liquidate real estate assets as determined by the account’s governing documents or when deemed prudent. Perform capital expenditure and routine maintenance projects. Responsible for lease management such as negotiation, tenant credit worthiness, tenant improvements, tenant relations and account receivables.
