HR Manager page is loaded## HR Managerlocations: Atmore, ALtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00101256**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* **HR Leadership**: Lead the Human Resources department, improve the organizational structure, and act as a Business Partner to the leadership team.* **Talent Management**: Facilitate the Talent Management Process, supporting Managers in developing employees, including succession planning, development, and learning activities.* **Talent Acquisition**: Coordinate the talent acquisition process to ensure qualified employees are recruited in alignment with standard guidelines, with support from the central Talent Acquisition Team where available.* **Employer Branding**: Implement and support employer branding activities to attract top talent.* **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal and external audit requirements.* **Compensation and Benefits**: Implement compensation and benefits programs to support employee satisfaction and retention.* **Corporate HR Processes**: Ensure the rollout of corporate HR processes, HR policies, and corporate HR initiatives at the location.* **Interface Role**: Act as the interface between regional HR, corporate HR, and the location, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.* **Employee Relations**: Ensure trustful collaboration with employee representatives (if existing).* **HR Administration**: Ensure efficient HR Administration at the location.* **Performance Management**: Facilitate the performance management process at the location to drive employee performance and development.# Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field* 7–10 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas* 3–5 years of experience in an HR leadership or people management role* Experience supporting managers and leaders in a matrix or multi-department environment* Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or shared services environment preferred**Communication & Collaboration:** Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders.
