Registration Coordinator

Managing operational tasks and quality assurance, the full-time remote Registration Coordinator will oversee course registration, grade reporting, and academic policy compliance while collaborating with international staff to enhance study abroad programs. Key responsibilities Manage reports and data analytics related to course selection and grade reporting Ensure timely and accurate processing of registration and grade reporting while maintaining student records in compliance with relevant regulations Serve as the primary resource for registration, grades, and academic policy matters for CIEE staff and program participants Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of full-time administrative experience, preferably in higher education administration or student services Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in a college or university Registrar's or study abroad office is strongly preferred International study or work experience, or experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds is strongly preferred
