Concierge

Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights is hiring a Concierge, PRN (as needed). $17.00/hour. 4-8 hour shifts between 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., including weekends. As Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, keeping the front desk running smoothly and helping create a welcoming, well-organized experience every day. What you'll do Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk operations Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication across departments Support daily operations and help keep the front desk running smoothly What you'll need Required High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of clerical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination Preferred Prior concierge or customer service experience, senior living a plus Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Pay and benefits $17.00/hour, credit for experience Schedule PRN, as needed. 4-8 hour shifts between 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., including weekends.
