Test & Pack Associate

Job Description We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Test & Pack Associates to join a leading automotive manufacturing facility in St. Marys, Ohio. This position is responsible for testing finished products, performing quality inspections, and packaging parts to ensure they meet customer specifications. Location: St. Marys, OH 45885 Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:50 PM–8:00 AM Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour Responsibilities Test products and components according to established procedures. Inspect parts for quality, defects, and proper functionality. Package finished products for shipment. Maintain accurate counts and production records. Follow work instructions and quality standards. Keep the work area clean and organized. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Work effectively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
