Natuzzi is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Independent Sales Representative to grow our business across the Midwest and South-Central United States.

This opportunity is ideal for an established furniture industry sales professional with strong retailer relationships, a passion for design, and a proven ability to develop business and build long-term partnerships.

Territory

The territory includes:

• Indiana
• Illinois
• Ohio
• Minnesota
• Wisconsin
• North Dakota
• South Dakota
• Iowa
• Nebraska
• Kansas
• Missouri
• Mississippi
• Louisiana
• Arkansas

Territory coverage will be aligned with experience, existing retailer relationships, and market opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow Natuzzi business within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with furniture retailers, owners, buyers, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and develop new retail accounts aligned with the Natuzzi brand.
• Conduct product presentations and retailer training to support sell-through.
• Partner with retailers on assortment strategy, merchandising, and growth initiatives.
• Represent Natuzzi at furniture markets, regional events, and customer meetings.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to support strategic growth.
• Develop long-term retail partnerships and drive territory performance.

What We're Looking For

• Established relationships with furniture retailers and buyers.
• Experience in upholstery, case goods, or home furnishings sales preferred.
• Independent sales representative or multi-line rep experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow territory sales and develop new accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Passion for design, quality craftsmanship, and the home furnishings industry.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
